International Dog's Day

So apparently today is the international day of dogs. For this occasion - George, a little nasty dog of miss Pumpkin.

And did you know that on 27th of May was the European Neighbor's Day? I didn't give anything to miss Pumpkin...

Today I run into some idea. To create Lili's World.

Actually, I've already done it, by creation Bear Me. But now, after three years together I have a feeling Lili is little bit out of control, like she's kind of expended to the real world. Anyway, let's see what she's got!

Yoooy, just a few more days and we will finish the animation for Bear Me series... Hard core time for me and all team. Last episode to animate is 07_New York. Lots of spectacular backgrounds, demanding but interesting and funny to draw :)

'Bear me' Short

We're slooowly preparing for the Internet premiere of 'Bear me' Short. For this occasion (?) I want to say sth...

Besides of a great technical support from Filmaka, many individuals participate in the success of the bear story:

Anna Matacz– one of the best producers I know. Fully professional, motivating, involved, pushing things forwards.

Karol Obara – a brilliant musician, composer of the music for 'Bear me' Short. He understands. (For me, as a person who can't verbalize the music, Karol was my godsend) Dziękuję Karol.

For a great help, just before 'Bear me' little premiere in Animation Institute screaning room, in a Split Second, I want to thank Sascha Gedert for editing and rendering the movie, and Goddi, for an awesome fart sound :)

In compositing the movie, I took a few valuable lessons from Ore the Orson Peleg, the amazing tv flickering, and fx by Felix Buccela and Johannes Peter (tv scene). The beautiful meatballs were fully animated by fully vegetarian – Alex Herrmann

 So I started to draw sorryboards for 'Bear me' series.
 It's funny as hell, seriously. After drawing 200 shot you just laugh...

Still, I have pure joy from 'reanimation' my characters. So many new
adventures, situations, cheesy moments (I love cheesy moments!) :)

I work on scripts and storyboards with two great guys Grześ Wacławek,
producer of the series and Michał Poniedzielski, our script director
whose wicked sense of humor keeps us alive :) 

I already wrote you sth about 'Bear me' series.. and I think I can tell
you that a new character appear in the story. It's Miss Dyniak, the neighbor
of Lili and bear. She isn't, to put it mildly, the biggest fan of the bear...

'Bear me' series ep.06_Growing up. All rights reserved.

So we just finished work on scripts :)

We will have for you 13 episodes for the first season. You will learn some unknown
adventures of Lili and the bear :) Episodes show their beautiful journey through ups
and downs of Life.. and their trip to New York,  nasty neighbor, Christmas atmosphere,
holidays on The Little Shell Beach, tutorial how to cook Romantic Dinner for Two
and many more. Seriously :)
This is a almost true story about friendship, love, passion and the bear...
Guest star: animated Woody Allen and Sarah Jessica Parker.

'Bear me' series...

Hi, my name is Lili and... I don't know if I told you that 'Bear me' is going to be realized as a series...

Yes, eight months ago, after the polish premiere of 'Bear me' on Lodza po Wisle 2012, I met Grześ Wacławek, the producer from Animoon Studio. He got an awesome idea to make a series out of my diploma movie.

We started working in August 2012. Developing story, plots and new characters, first scripts. At the and of the year we happily received funding from Polish Film Institute. 

Production will take a while...The whole fun, animation and post production is yet to come but - it's on!!!

Those are few pages of my sketch book with rough plans of scenes and animation.
There were tones of projects... in one point I could draw Lili and the bear with left hand and closed eyes.
Neee, I'm kidding but still, a lot of drawings were made.
